VP needed to ensure that all Agency work represents the best we have to offer: strategically sound, arrestingly creative, and error-free. Provide a strong leadership: effectively direct team members to accomplish desired goals. Be able to manage and resolve staff issues, including employee performance, personal presentation, Client service, and internal interactions. Position will be responsible for overseeing and guiding strategic, tactical, and new business opportunities with a group of accounts. Will need to demonstrate ability to determine and negotiate budget needs, produce accurate and timely fee reconciliations, and provide input to development of the fee. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Well-developed knowledge of business practices/vendor relations. Successful history of launching and growing brands needed. Minimum 7-10 years of agency or related pharmaceutical experience in a management position required.
